Scott Adams is one of the UK’s most experienced operators in HVAC, Construction and engineering, with a track record that spans over two decades of building, scaling and transforming businesses from the inside out.

He has led teams of more than 500 people, overseen group operations exceeding £70m, and introduced operational technology that drove measurable performance improvement across complex businesses.

Scott built his own electrical contracting company to £9m in revenue, entirely without external funding, earning industry recognition along the way. He then took on the challenge of scaling Southern UK’s largest independent HVAC contractor, growing it from £20m to £80m in revenue and building a £100m pipeline behind it.

In September 2025, Scott joined Verdani Capital to do what he does best: build groups of businesses that are operationally excellent, well-led and positioned for long-term growth. He leads the development of our HVAC and Renewable Energy portfolios.
